Every time you come in you are always greeted with a smile and everyone is so helpful. I was having a problem setting up my online account and Yuliana Robles was so helpful ,knowledgeable and patient. I was surprised to see a 2 star average for this location, obviously the previous reviewers haven’t visited the ghetto Long Beach location. This location is tip top, the parking lot is clean, it’s a nice area, I feel safe using the ATM here. I’ve been inside a few times, and it’s nice not having a bulletproof window between the teller and yourself. This is what a bank should feel like.
