Is the worst ever, leave a voicemail everyday they dont callback send a message they dont respond, when I did get her on the phone she has nothing but condescending attitude (typical Californian), made a smart ass remark about my deceased Mom & Grandma, i had to get ahold of a local branch and they had to issue me an over night check with an apology. because if u want to close ur accounts or withdraw money they just ignore u and think thats OK, Now my sister is going through the same headache with trying to get anyone on the phone to close her accounts Must be there motto there, if we dont respond we dont have to give them thier money back
