- AQA QOct 27, 20251.0Sad š I was on my way to pick up my mom from the hospital and went across the street to Ace check cashing asked the teller Susanna if they accept chime card she said yes. Swiped my card gave her $125.00 to deposit on my chime card made it home and did not get notification from my chime app saying that money was deposited so I walked back across the street told the teller money didn't get to my account and I requested a refund and just speak to a manager right away she said I had to contact chime and that I had to contact Green Dot because that's who has my money. I've done both of those things and they've told me no I need to go back to Ace check cashing place and tell them to give me a refund because the money never went through so they still technically have my money this happened on 7/17/ 25/ 10:39 a.m. in the morning I was on my way to pick up my mother from the hospital who was receiving chemotherapy and coming home on hospice that's what the money deposit was for so I could take a Lyft. I am a single disabled parent with a disabled son who does not have money to give away or to spare I need my money back immediately. I need to buy food for my household and your company clearly has my money and I need it yesterday. Please authorize a refund for me this is absurd and has been going on for too many months I've done my part in contacting Green Dot Green Dot says that Ace check cashing place has my money I contacted chime chime said the same thing so at this point I need Ace check cashing place to please refund my $123.50 Ā¢ thank you. I will never utilize this store again and I recommend anybody who is loading a card or doing business that you get a receipt because this store has NO cameras at all in the check cashing place they don't have cameras watching the tellers they don't even have cameras outside the store which makes it 10 times more scarier if you have to do business or transactions there but it also makes it that much more difficult to prove that they made an error.
