- LMLiz MartinezJun 24, 20241.0Horrible customer service from the manager, Bonnie Vasquez. the cashier was very helpful but the manager was trying to have a full conversation ( not caring at that time infront of other )with me across the room while she sat at her desk. Until I told the cashier she is very unprofessional putting my business infront of everyone. Then she tells me I need a banker which then she say no one is available. Two bankers sitting with no customers when I got there. I told her I will wait she said it will take hours just to see if I can get seen. I told her it’s always an issue in this bank . Then she just started to raise her voice at me and tried to speak to me like if I was a child and I told her to stop that I was going to report her. I asked a question to one of the other bankers and they told me nothing gets approved or done if it doesn’t go by her first. she claim that they were very busy and she couldn’t help me so I sat down for 35 minutes and for 35 minutes, only two customers walked in. She walked to the back and never came out
