  Horrible Bank! My son has been trying to get money and his card that the ATM drive up took for over 2weeks without resolution. The bank has not credited his account and states its an outside vendor who has to open the machine. What kind of bank is this. HORRIBLE

  If you are a person in a hurry this isn't your bank. Always friendly but to be honest it's very common to spend 30 minutes waiting for a teller. They seem understaffed for sure.

  I don’t have an issue with this location, just Flagstar overall. My fiancé is part of another bank, and he is so fed up with me being a part of this one, as am I. It’s a long read, but worth it if you’re looking to bank with them. My cards are always getting hacked, and they never get flagged. I have never had this issue with my other bank (my fiancé and friends haven’t either). Not to mention, I am constantly getting letters in the mail saying there’s been a breach and my info has been released. It’s beyond disappointing that after being apart of this bank for years, nothing has changed except for their slogans and apps (3x). Recently, my card info was used on cashapp (I don’t have cashapp, and the card has been on me the whole time). I reported it a day later and was told I would get a new card in 7-10 days (outrageous since most banks will do 3). 15 days passed and I had not received anything, so I called. I was then told, “a card was ordered but not received on the other end, so somewhere somebody messed up”. At this point, I was livid. I asked to speak with a manager and he told me I’d have to wait another 1-2 weeks. I asked him how I’m supposed to buy gas, groceries, pay for my son’s childcare, mortgage, toiletries, etc…everything was connected to my card. (Unfortunately, I don’t have checks and I can’t use it for gas, etc. anyways, same with having my account/checking numbers, so that’s not much of a solution) He told me to stop taking it personally (it’s personal, it’s my finances and lifeline basically… everything costs money! Not sure what fantasy world he lives in, but of course, he doesn’t care because it doesn’t affect him) he then raised his voice at me while I was bawling my eyes out telling me he can’t help and that I need to just accept it. It has now been 20 days and we’re going into the weekend and still no card. They basically left us stranded with no money for us our 5 Y.O. They have some of the worst customer service and policies. Long story short, they lost a customer. Flagstar is the worst. Honest to God, I pray someone else never has to experience this. Please do not bank with them. I will be switching ASAP.

  Miss Jessica Ramírez treated me very well. You define yourself in Services as a very kind and very patient representative. She can explain everything to me and help me with my goal to open my account. I recommend her as a very good worker at the bank.
