If I had bothered to open my backpack and show the security person my cards or accounts, maybe I'd have been allowed to stand. Rude. Then he kept walking toward me in a public space while I was trying to look at my phone to see how close my ride was. Absolute crap response from a tourist location. Will be escalating the complaint because I am TIRED of rude.

Professional, unbelievably knowledgeable, super friendly and I can't say enough good stuff. That goes for the entire staff as well. Citibank has gone so far above and beyond. If I must be honest, It is the best of all the banks I have accounts with. They honored their promotion, give the best interest and service and are top notch. Thank you Joseph and everyone at Citibank!!! You're the best!!
