    Extremely disappointing. The banker managing the ATM in the morning Dec. 1st kept harassing me. I came in to make business deposits as usual, which must be done at the inside ATM due to my business card restrictions and protocols for the business. I had already waited my turn in line and was using the ATM as required. Despite this, a banker repeatedly told me to step aside mid-transaction 3 separate times so other people could use the machine. She was also continuously watching me and even claimed I had “already made 7 transactions,” even though I wasn’t violating any policy and my deposit simply takes longer because of the number of items. Instead of allowing me to finish, I was interrupted over and over, even after explaining that I waited in line and this is the only branch that can process my deposits safely. She was unprofessional and carried an attitude. She only told me to use the drive thru ATM and didn’t suggest this option to any other customer waiting for the inside ATM.

    Lines are always long, never enough tellers to manage an efficient flow of business, lack of diversity among the employees, people come into the bank to handle personal, business, home. An appointment based system should be used for services that aren’t asked about frequently, I don’t care about additional banking services when every time I come in the one service I need is always long drawn out and exasperating.

    The closing of the branch on Stetson Ave is causing long lines and overflow at this branch on West Florida. There's only 1 WF branch in Hemet to serve Hemet, San Jacinto, Idyllwild, Sage, Aguanga, Homeland, Romand, Valle Vista, Winchester and Nuevo-that's why the lines are always long! Go figure. Other banks have more than one branch in the valley and WF only has 1. I'm really considering moving my business to another bank.

    At 12:45pm today 10/12th. Went to this E Florida Ave location to immediately place a Wire Transfer. This Location is Locked. Closed. No indication of why, nothing posted on Glass doors. 8 cars are lineudup & going nowhere. Now our family has used WF for dozens of years-with Never 1 complaint.
