- MMMernchNov 1, 20251.0Lines are always long, never enough tellers to manage an efficient flow of business, lack of diversity among the employees, people come into the bank to handle personal, business, home. An appointment based system should be used for services that aren’t asked about frequently, I don’t care about additional banking services when every time I come in the one service I need is always long drawn out and exasperating.
- MSM SSep 6, 20251.0The closing of the branch on Stetson Ave is causing long lines and overflow at this branch on West Florida. There's only 1 WF branch in Hemet to serve Hemet, San Jacinto, Idyllwild, Sage, Aguanga, Homeland, Romand, Valle Vista, Winchester and Nuevo-that's why the lines are always long! Go figure. Other banks have more than one branch in the valley and WF only has 1. I'm really considering moving my business to another bank.
