- VRVirginia RamirezJan 6, 20231.0I made an appointment for 10 am online to open a business account ,got in line because I didn’t see anybody else but the two women behind the glass when it was my turn I informed her that I had an appointment at 10 am she told me to have a seat on the lobby and wait for someone to come and help you we waited (my husband and I) for over 20 minutes finally a different lady came out and said I’m sorry but we don’t have no one to help you the system by mistake made your appointment with someone that is at a different branch so we can’t help you or if you want to come back later or we can put you on the waiting list and see if we have time to take care of you!!! LIKE REALLY!!!!! Really disappointed so we went to Bank of America and got a business account and a savings account set up everyone was so nice at bofa so if you are thinking about opening a bank account please DO NOT visit this branch THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS AND YOU ARE ONLY WASTING YOUR TIME!!! Go to Bank of America better service great staff!!!! I wish I can put 0 stars
