  I have been with Citi over 20 yrs started one merger then another great western. Home saving and loan etc they are a little to strict for my liked but have always take care of me

  The girls at this branch don't have a clue what they are doing and or just lazy and treat people like they are stupid. I had a returned check from a customer that was sent back from my back. On the check itself it says this is a certified copy and can be used the exact way of the original check would be used. This isn't new to me, when checks come back before going after the customer I go to the bank that's issued the check so I can check funds and cash the check through the customers bank. Well the girls here argued with me saying they can not cash this check. Try to make me feel stupid even though I've done this many times. Went to the different branch and had no issues, they said they don't understand why the other bank wouldn't do it.
