From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Since we're both new to banking, we had some questions, and Diana took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. She made the whole process smooth and easy and even sweeter, she offered us some leftover cupcakes they had in the office and surprised us with a gift card!
