- MHMatt HoweDec 23, 20241.0Worst bank I’ve ever used. They never have more than two tellers open. Manager or people at the desks haven’t ever stepped in to assist that I’ve seen, regardless of how busy and understaffed they are. They don’t answer the phone when you call. Cancelling my account immediately! Can’t believe I stuck with WF after they were convicted of fraudulently opening accounts for their customers! Well they’re being sued federally once again! Get your $ out while you still can!
