  I am really satisfied well fargo credit card fraud claims department. They do not neglect what i said. A few weeks ago, one merchandise charge me the price that i never agreed then I complained this charge to well Fargo. I said i never authorized this charge and no ideas how I paid for this. They successfully followed up my claim and i am able to receive refund amount. I am so happy and surprised. I have several fraud claims with other bank but somehow well Fargo successfully manage to claim this one back. Thank you. Well Fargo 🩷

  Ive been waiting for a banker to help us for over 2 hours. Initially we were told we needed an appointment or we could wait for an available banker. One banker told us he couldn't take us in at 1:15 because what we wanted to do would take around 30mins and he already had his client waiting for his 1:30pm appointment. Shortly after at around 1:20 he started serving another person that came in without an appointment. 1:40 came around and his 1:30 appointment continues to wait on the chair while we continue waiting as well. Other consultants are sitting in their cubicles from what we are told all have appointments. I dont recommend coming here for your banking needs even if you have an appointment. Only 2 women who we spoke to were helpful. One had to go to lunch and couldnt fit us in another teller helped us get an appointment at another bank. Worker consultants or management here don't appear to want to do their job when they are free or they are doing their job at their desk and the branch is understaffed. If a customer waits for almost 3 hours to be served without an appointment there should be someone available to attend them eventually. This was the closest branch so we chose to wait because of that but ended up having to drive 30mins away to a branch with an appointment after waiting and not being attended. DO NOT go to this branch if you value your time.

  There is a big line and there are 3 cashiers and one of them is not at her break or luch and go to the bathroom. It is incredible. Horrible service. I had to wait by 25 minutes on Thursday. Come on.
