- CBcheryl brideofchristSep 4, 20251.0I'm not going to write a long story All I'm going to say is this I've been to many banks I have never had such disrespectful service ever and all I know is we're closing the account there. That bank needs to be shut down until they get a manager or somebody in there that understands that banking is a service that you provide that you are holding other people's money and you should never be treated with such disrespect even if you don't have an appointment. The young man that waited on us was the most disrespectful young man I've ever in 66 years ever come across in a customer service field.

Now based on their recent history probably wouldn't risk going back to them but living on the coast I do use their ATM on occasion (with the fee) because it's convenient. I usually go in and exchange the ATM 20s for bigger bills. Today they refused to exchange money that I just got from their ATM to bigger bills without an account. Thanks Wells Fargo. Your customer service continues to shine.
