- CBcheryl brideofchristSep 4, 20251.0I'm not going to write a long story All I'm going to say is this I've been to many banks I have never had such disrespectful service ever and all I know is we're closing the account there. That bank needs to be shut down until they get a manager or somebody in there that understands that banking is a service that you provide that you are holding other people's money and you should never be treated with such disrespect even if you don't have an appointment. The young man that waited on us was the most disrespectful young man I've ever in 66 years ever come across in a customer service field.

The Half Moon Bay branch is everything you would expect from a bank: professional, efficient and NO WAITING IN LINE for service. We scheduled an appointment online the day before, and didn't wait at all. Special thanks to Irina, who outlined all available options and guided us through the process. Excellent!

Just a promise to pay back a Student loan, that with out which I would have never been able to go. Wells Fargo gave me a chance. When I paid my last payment, i brought it in and handed it to the Branch Manager at the time, shook his hand, Thanked him. To this day, it makes me feel extremely Blessed !!! :)

Started a small business opened 3 accounts and an IRA. All was explained in detail the got me a 0% interest CC for my new company what more could I ask for. Their hours are good feels very home town. Again Irene and David really shine. Not that all the staff is not awesome I feel that I just have not met them all. 5 stars not nearly enough.
