- SSSarahDec 14, 20252.0I’ve been with Wells Fargo since 2013. I have a few accounts open with them and also my home mortgage is through Wells Fargo. I had an issue with a deposit. Talking to so many different people. The issue was never resolved. Very frustrating that I’ve been a customer for so long. Nothing was done. Good Wells Fargo for looking after your customers. Guess I’ll be looking for new bank.

But HATE that’s there is only ever two tellers when I come in and they are always helping customers that seem to have difficult issues. I’ve been waiting in a stand still line now for 20 minutes while the same two customers are being helped. The gal who was coming by to see what we were here for today should have split up the two tellers, one for bank deposits and one for other transactions (ie foreign money exchange) Really annoyed. There are now 10 of us standing in line and it looks like at least two more people outside. Chase bank wouldn’t allow this.
