The average wait time is 15-30mins because your managers don't jump to help the tellers and the line is out the door every single time I come in and we have a business account so it's been like this for two years. Actually hire a full team or have a policy in place that makes your managers/bankers do tellers positions when a line starts to form because they are always sitting around and the most they will do to help is tell us to use the ATM.

Let me save you the time and effort, stay away from this bank. Simple… Super slow service, the lines are always long, plenty of good tellers that came and left and the rude ones stayed. I now drive to either San Luis Obispo or Santa Maria branches to get away from these “people” temporarily until I close all my Wells Fargo accounts.
