- TCT COct 17, 20251.0Contrary to the recent reviews below, the bank tellers and mgmt are unknowledgable and unable to provide any explanation as to why a given process may not work. For example, when trying to pay off my credit card in person with my *fully funded* debit card, I was literally told, "Sometimes it works for people - sometimes it doesn't and we're unable to help you or offer an explanation why." For someone that runs $100k through their Wells Fargo credit card each year and has successfully paid off my credit card at this branch many times in person, this answer and lack of troubleshooting from management is unacceptable. Wells Fargo mgmt: These kinds of interactions are why customers migrate away from your bank and further explains the numerous negative reviews for your location.

It’s generally not the people who work at the small branches that make the bank terrible it’s the bank itself but I could just never seem to get anything resolved when I go to this particular spot. There’s always long lines, the manager will often be talking loudly with other customers about her political views and how lazy people are ,I recommend going to the one in downtown grass Valley instead! (In response to comment below issue was resolved by downtown bank)
