Gratitude doesn't even come close to describing how helpful this band has been to me over the years. I will continue to refer all of my friends, family, and aquantences to this credit union, and will continue to bank with them, because I know for a fact that their services and kind, professional dimener trumps all other banks I've been with. Truly some outstanding individuals we are blessed with that help this wonderful community every single day!

Last straw was getting a call to sign to finalize a loan that they said they approved and then getting there and finding out they didn't approve. Not mad so much I didn't get the loan at the time but that they told me that everything was good and come to sign when that was not true. A simple sorry would of gone a long way but instead they were annoyed with me. lots of other banks out there would not recommend this one.
- JWJoseph WalterOct 18, 20123.0Um, I'm sure this is an excellent CU, but by way of an unusual set of circumstances I wound up with three over draft charges for a single transaction and they would only refund one out of three. Better than nothing. Unfortunately my other CU has helped me out of similar situations three for three, I'm just used to being appreciated I guess.
