Gratitude doesn't even come close to describing how helpful this band has been to me over the years. I will continue to refer all of my friends, family, and aquantences to this credit union, and will continue to bank with them, because I know for a fact that their services and kind, professional dimener trumps all other banks I've been with. Fees are egregious, the app reflects a higher balance than you actually have, encouraging you to overdraft and owe them $30 each time for it and your checks take forever to become available. Consumer protection measures and disputes are nonexistent at worst and slanted out of the customer’s favor, at best. If you enjoy being screwed and also told that there’s nothing the screwer can do to help you, you’ll absolutely LOVE this place.

Last straw was getting a call to sign to finalize a loan that they said they approved and then getting there and finding out they didn't approve. Not mad so much I didn't get the loan at the time but that they told me that everything was good and come to sign when that was not true. A simple sorry would of gone a long way but instead they were annoyed with me. lots of other banks out there would not recommend this one.
