Let me start by saying my 1st career was in the banking industry for 20 years. I worked my way up from a teller position into management. Customer service is #1 in my book of standards and we didn't receive that with Banner Bank. We opened our first account last year no problems at all. Last week we went to open a second business account and got nothing but a run around. Because of our current relationship with the bank we were told they would open they account ahead of time and we could bring documentation needed with us. Then we needed the paperwork according to a second person. We would have to to wait. The gentleman waited until 4:50 PM on a Friday before letting us know we would have to wait until Monday now. Upon hearing this we said we would be pulling our business and we were told what ever.
