I set up an appointment with someone and then was on time to the appointment only to find out that the person I was supposed to meet with took the day off. I not only wasted my day but the person has still not reached out to me and now it’s going on 6 weeks. My wife walked in and set up a phone appointment with someone about a safe deposit box and never heard back from anyone. Horrible customer service and they won’t answer the phone ever and don’t respond back to you ! I don’t even know how they can be in business

I highly recommend going to this Wells Fargo branch. Mani Panglia is an amazing manager and we are very happy with her management. Also, Forrest Macneil is great too. We are very happy to find them so close in our neighborhood with their great services.
