  Made the mistake of coming here to make a large deposit between work. This is not a deposit that could accommodated by their ATMs (which are notorious for miscounting/eating your cash). Walked in, there was a line to the door. Only 2 tellers open. Manager and staff walking around greeting people in line without any attempt to pick up slack. Stood in line for over 40 minutes. No representative in the branch had a care in the world, and they had the extra hands to open all 4 booths. They chose not to. At one point someone came back from lunch, opened a 3rd booth. Immediately after, one of the tellers left for her break bringing it back down to 2 booth. As they look over frustrated clients, clearly clients were not the priority. This is unacceptable, especially when you’re in the middle of work. It threw my day upside down. I get more attentiveness at the DMV. If it wasn’t for my main branch in Sherman Oaks who are amazing to me, I would have cancelled my account (if the Balboa Branch was the only choice). Horrible representation of Wells Fargo. If you’re looking for attentiveness, and banking in a timely fashion, stay away from this branch.

  If I can give them a zero, I would. I specifically requested an appointment when the notary was there to take care of my deceased brother's accounts. Tony called me a liar. This was the second time I went in to try to take if this. The first time was at the Balboa branch. They tell me I need a notary present to take care of the accounts. Why would they be so unprofessional and tell I didn't ask for one instead of admitting they are incompetent. Even after they tell you one has to be present.
