We waited in line for 20 min to ask for a simple transaction history and they could not provide. If you can’t service a branch with exceptional customer service close the branch. I’m officially moving to a new bank that cares about their customers. Two tellers and 10 people in line.

I asked the manager I think her name was Chu about this and she got all offended. Like come on really? No wonder they are always getting sued. And the manager instead of being informative about it, gets all offended. If they don't like their job that's on them but don't rude to your customers for asking for clarification. Such an embarrassment of a bank branch.
