I told her the doors were open and if she was really sorry she would help me since she is in a position to make that call. Nope she didn’t help me. She doesn’t care. She’s not sorry. Avoid this bank if you can. Unfortunate this is my employer’s bank and the quickest, usually, way to cash my payroll since my complete doesn’t offer direct deposit. Terrible. Only one example of three terrible experiences I’ve had.
