  There was money stolen from my savings was transferred to checks i called them sp many times back and forth rude customer service they put the money back then they took it out again two months later doesn’t make any since they didn’t want give my money back I had a fraud in my accountant and they didn’t wanna pay me nothing back at all and I keep telling them that it does not me and they didn’t believe me and I keep calling him hundred times almost everyday nothing works with this people you cant trust banks nowadays and all they have is a supervisor they don’t even have a manager. What kind of bank is this? Don’t you guys have a higher people then you besides a supervisor and even their supervisors who don’t disrespectful, I’ve been hung up on the phone couple of times and very rude and disrespectful even just a supervisor itself there the customer service sucks. Gonna need to get new workers and we have people talking and new management will work on their team because they don’t know what the hell they’re doing even with their faurd department you guys need major help.

  Made an appointment with a banker through the app. Drove to the branch Wednesday at 11am (I scheduled between 2 important work meetings) and the bank was closed. Does not respect customers time. Very inconvenient.

  ATM machines never works. Every time i deposit checks and i want to get the receipt the touch screen Botten doesn't work. I also have chase and chase ATMs are much better and advanced.
