I was greeted with courtesy by the security lady and after asking the reason for my visit, she escorted me to the waiting area. Once there and after waiting for some minutes, a manager asked me the reason for my visit, explained to her about an email from the bank and she set me up with a banker. This banker was absolutely great and very helpful, not just that, she was very knowledgeable about products and services that Wells Fargo offers. Thank you.
