Once dropped off and giving all my personal information, they wouldn't accept my address or help us with a card. I have a california ID which already requires proof of residence. It was an hour before lunch and she mentioned that she barely had time before lunch? Should be against our civil rights. I am a single mom, natural citizen and veterans daughter.
