    Very good customer service. I visited this location randomly and while I was in line waiting I was pleasantly greeted by a women saying hello and letting me know someone would be right with me. She walked past the line and went onto her office and shortly after another persons walked in and she said “Happy Friday! Welcome!” I thought that was very nice. I was assisted shortly after and the teller was very friendly and helpful. About 2 hours later I get a call and it’s the Branch Manager from the location and I recognized her voice as the women who was greeting me at the branch. She introduced herself as Minza and just wanted to follow up on my visit and if I needed anything further. This was such a great customer service experience and this isn’t my local branch but with service like this I might just take a trip to stop by more often. Great job Minza and team and kudos to you for leading by example that’s great leadership.

    Just like to say that the manager truly cares about her customers. I had to do a large withdrawal and she worked with me to get it done smoothly and safely on both parts if Citibank and myself as the customer. This process, once my account was clear for it, took very little time. While doing this, I watched as the tellers took care of myself and other clients. It was a very friendly experience. If a Citibank customer is thinking about using this bank branch, or switching from their bank to Citibank, it would be a good choice. I give Citibank in Gardena, on Western Ave in California 10 STARS 🌟 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆!
