The atm jammed and did not deposit my $100 and I asked her for help to get someone and made me wait over 10 minutes. At that point I had to ask her two more times and she just ignored me. This place consistently has long lines which is so time consuming and the atms are so slow.
- SLStephanie LJul 21, 20255.0A bit of a different kind of review; this branch may have unwittingly saved two lives! My friend and I were visiting out of town and needed to call an Uber. Phones had no signal; a restaurant employee informed us that this area is a complete dead zone for Verizon. No signal, no car, limited phone battery, receding daylight. I remembered nowadays, most banks have decent guest wifi because they require all sorts of downloading of apps and of identity confirmation. We walked by some big blocks past strip mall stores, including a Verizon towards which we raised our angry fists, found this Wells Fargo, marched up to the side of the building and was able to connect to their guest WiFi to get an Uber home. Neither of us currently bank with Wells Fargo, but we just might when the children turn 18. Thank you trusty Wells Fargo at Garden Grove for maintaining a branch establishment in good working order.
