  I have read the reviews for the branches in Long Beach and I must say, if you don't mind a little drive for excellent service, I recommend coming here. I have been at this branch for close to 10 years. ( 2 of which I lived in Chino Hills) The staff has been rotated on a regular basis, as this branch is a training office for bankers and management (I think). Every person that I have had the opportunity to deal with here has done nothing short of providing excellent customer service. The customer service is amazing, the store managers have been available and engaging when it comes to the customers. The group of tellers and bankers are very diverse. This location shows what team work looks like. If you wish to develop a relationship with your bank, here is a great place to be.
