  I don’t ever write feedback but this place is unacceptable when it comes to customer service. This is the branch that they just reopened in GG and they have new employees as well. I have been to several branches and I have never experienced such disrespect and an attitude whenever I tried to ask for help especially when it come to credit card, they are not willing to help you out unless I really pressure them. My parents don’t speak English so they have difficulty understanding the culture and everything here in the us. It’s a shame that the employees who could obviously help out with simply sitting down with my parents help them go through the process. It’s very black and white here when it comes to policy and rules here and they never willing to help customers out and told us about these rules. I have met the manager here and he gave me attitude and speaking with me and seemed like he was forced to help me because I was very upset with them. Calling customer service for credit card is a huge struggle sometimes and they don’t care and won’t help.

  First time going in person to a CitiBank and this location was THE BEST. I’ve been locked out of my account for 2+ weeks and was having trouble with customer service calls. Things were getting frustrating.. It wasn’t a long wait to recieve help and Mickey Ngo spent her valuable time helping me handle the situation and successfully revived my account! Best customer service I’ve ever had at any bank branch! THANK YOU MICKEY! (:

  Huge lines, crazy full parking lot, and no deposit envelopes on two ATMs and inside bank.
