Told anytime before 1:30, showed up at 11:30 and told the notary had to go to lunch. Counter lady laughs at me like it's funny. They open at 10am for heavens sake. Told to come back at 2:30 show up and the notary is on break. I missed 2 hours of work for the runaround. I wound up going to the credit union and paying for professional service. Don't laugh at people when you are denying them service. Lame

Glad these idiots thought a father and son stranded 300 miles away from home with no money was funny. My own back figured out the error, which was on Umpqua's end, and fixed it.
