Glad these idiots thought a father and son stranded 300 miles away from home with no money was funny. My own back figured out the error, which was on Umpqua's end, and fixed it.

They are patient, understanding, and will treat you like family (not like a bank account NUMBER). Umpqua is one of the big reasons I love Garberville. Their coffee is awesome too!! They have their own brand - wow! what Bank has that???
