  When to deposit a check like I always do and trying to get some money out of my account. And she start asking all kind of questions I polite zey to her that it was not my first check to deposit and get some money out of my checking account and she deny service to me I ask her to speak to a supervisor and she say was the supervisor and very rude person and disrespectful person she is . I take my business. to lodi branch and no problem at all to deposit and get money out of my account like I always do teller in lodi was real disappointed about the experience I have in galt after I tell my story. For now onodi branch will be my branch to go

  Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. The manager Lucia was unprofessional and made me feel belittled in front of other employees during our interaction. Instead of handling the situation respectfully and privately, she chose to speak in a condescending tone that was completely unnecessary and humiliating. I came in expecting help and left feeling disrespected and dismissed. This is not the standard of service I expect from any business, let alone a bank that should prioritize customer respect and confidentiality. I hope higher up management takes this seriously and ensures no one else has to go through the same treatment. I've been banking with wells fargo over 20 years and hate getting off in this branch for same reason. But now I think it's necessary to leave a review.

  Horrible management. Does not jump in to help tellers when there is a long line. Never enough people to help customers.

  Terrible customer service, they make me feel so uncomfortable, I was just trying to open a bank account and they ask to many personal questions that are not related when you are trying to open a bank account, plus they were rude.
