Began history with same at Greenleaf branch but currently reside in Fullerton and use this branch office for my in-person banking needs. My experience here has demonstrated that the staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and in all respects pleasant and helpful. For whatever reason, customer volume at this branch appears to be minimal so I seldom need to wait in line. Whether contact is made via phone, internet or in person, customer service is outstanding.
