- JRJulio RodMay 20, 20254.0This Citibank location is very clean, well protected, and has very friendly staff. There is usually never a long waits/lines. I always have inquiries done very quickly. My only issue is the drive-thru ATM, the ATM is not very good at reading/accepting paper bills which requires me to walk to the one in front or must go inside the building. I guess another issue would be turning into the location Southbound on Harbor Blvd since this is downtown, however this really isn't issue with Citibank itself. This is a great Citibank location.

They have a very very caring compassionate hardworking manager who truly loves what he does and it shows not only when you interact with him personally but also anyone else at this branch. I never had a bank feel like they truly cared until now. They truly have gained a customer for life. Thanks Citi.
