  On Monday, December 14th, around 2:30 PM, I visited this bank to make a credit card payment. Since the due date was December 14th, I asked the employee if they could waive the interest. Because I don't speak English well, I used a translation app on my phone to show her my question. She rudely told me to call and find out, and didn't even greet me. There were no other customers in the bank at the time, and the bank employee just stared at her computer without acknowledging me. I felt ignored and her attitude made me very angry. I will never go to CT Bank again. There was only one female employee at the counter at the time; a young woman with long hair. I regret not knowing her name. 320 N harbor BLVD Fullerton ca 92832

  Branch manager Alber Landa did nothing to address my issue. Took down my name and number and assured me he'd call back. Never called back.

  This has been my home branch every since they bought out CalFed. I have all my accounts here. They have been great every since and have taken personal care of me in every weird situation where I have needed specific help.

  The people are very rude the bank is always empty they don't believe that a person can have as much money as they do... also their rules are shady one minute it's this the next something different and if the ck is over a certain amount they wont cash their own ck if you dont have an acct with them .... if I was you I would just open an acct else where
