The employees literally work for the STOCKHOLDERS-- not you. It is their LEGAL DUTY to maximize profits. Customer service is only incidentally related. I think credit unions have a better model, more socialized. Keep believing unregulated capitalism is going to make your life better while the Elon Musks laugh at you.

Long long lines the last five times. line moves very slowly the tellers seen to need help.. With some tellers needing more help than others. Regret having to say that but it is a regular thing. Misplaced my ATM Card so. Ive had to.go inside bank for all my transaction.lately. it won't be for much long.yay....,😉
