- CLCatherine LopezOct 9, 20255.0It’s my first time in a long time opening up a physical bank account. Most of my money has been handled through online accounts. I’d avoid having to go through it. Fortunately there are people like Carla who can help it feel easier to process. She was very patient, informative and had thorough information regarding the account services Wells Fargo provides. Let me just add that their prices aren’t bad either and you can still handle things online. You get your questions answered and they leave you feeling validated. I also got some very good insight from Isha who helped finalize the account. She was prompt and guided me to understand the paperwork related to my questions. Over all the experience was comfortable and I didn’t leave with unanswered questions or any doubts regarding my decision.
