  Very bad service Opened new account on Nov 8th And the mo ey we deposit still not avalibal When we get back at branch Said need to call 800# Don't understand wht you guys doing If can't help coustmers

  The lines are always slow and I can’t make a payment on my credit card in the ATM. I’m never going to this Wellsfargo location again. I’m thankful they even accept cash at all but it is always slow

  I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. Some banker with a missing front bottom tooth. Was just pretty much unprofessional. I was waiting in the lobby for help with my account. She wanted me to explain the reason why I was there in front of other people who were also waiting. Things about accounts is confidential period! I told her why I was there and logged into my account. Didn’t show me anything and told me what she can see on her computer I can do it at home. I asked for a print out to show her my concerns about transactions. And told me I can do that when I get home. You a banker who’s job is to help. I escalated this issue still haven’t receive no call from the district manager. I will no longer be banking with them. It’s sad to have my business account with them and personal. But these are types of business I don’t like doing business with. I been a customer since 2001 and never experienced such unprofessionalism. No I don’t recommend banking with them.
