  There is a sendra she works as a personal account. She have bad behavior with customer so don’t help to customers. She just pass away from customers overall she have too bad review. I’m waiting here more than 2-3 hours she do not help. Overall too much bad rating

  The slowest bank I’ve ever seen. Wells Fargo does not allow cashing out a check over $5k on mobile, I have to come to this bank, yes they don’t have enough employees to take care of people. There are only three bankers available right now’s right before the noon, and 15 people waiting in line for help, and most of these folks are old people. Where’ are your bankers Wells Fargo? Can’t believe still people have to wait in line for over 30 mins just to lend their money to someone.

  Was given an appointment time. Showed up for the appointment 15 minutes early. Waited an hour past the appointment time. Was told they had no record of my appointment DESPITE checking me in for my appointment and telling me it would only be a few minutes. As if I needed another reason for kicking these chumps to the curb. Time to switch to a credit union.

  Always slow always a wait and never more than two windows open at a time. Unbelievable…. Line is out the door and management doesn’t think to have more tellers available. I always try to avoid this branch at all costs
