- SDSarah DomotoNov 4, 20252.0Really bummed out by this location and a trend I’ve experienced with Wells Fargo atms in the Fresno area. 11/3/25 atm at Downtown Fresno location was out of service. I went inside hoping to use one of the 2 atms they used to have in the lobby——both have been removed. I had no other option but to stand in the drive up atm line which was full of waiting cars. At that time only 1 of the 2 atms was working. Luckily both started working and the line got moving and I was able to do my transaction and get out of there. I’ve been to the Kings Canyon atm and it’s been out of service and the atm in Selma. With such a well known and nationwide bank , we expect working ATMs at the very least.

- DGDolores GarciaOct 1, 20251.0Worst customer service ever, I went in with my mom who can barely walk and no one else in the lobby was waiting Justus and two male lazy (NOT MEN) with customers and as we sat one was done and asked if we had an appointment and I said no and said we're booked and again no one else was waiting and my mom said Will wait, he said no and ran upstairs. KAZY DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE TO EVEN GIVE 1 STAR BUT IT'S THE ONLY WAY I CAN POST THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
