I have had an available balance for weeks now after I did a mobile deposit they wontnlet me access my funds kr my account period! I've been down to the branch i don't know how many times and have wasted hours on the phone with their customer service. I am so frustrated with these people who are not helpful at all! I don't recommend this bank to anyone! For any reason!
- JCJessica CashJun 7, 20241.0Worst bank ever Someone can fraud your account, and their staff will tell you one thing why they do another The banker assured me my new account wouldn’t be messed with even tho I asked to make sure my new account and fraud account weren’t linked He linked them anyways Now they are taking money from my new account to clear the account that was fraud Someone hacked my account and sent money, fraud department won’t help me , bank won’t help But they continuet to STEAL the money being deposited to my new account and the bank just doesn’t care Do not bank with citi bank!
