- DSDre SalDec 19, 20241.0I used mobile deposits for one disability check, then I walked into the branch to deposit my other state disability check, the lady said the next morning I would have my funds. But instead, the next morning my account was restricted for fraud. I had no notice and no access to my account. When I called they treated me like I was a criminal. The next day one of my checks were approved but not the other. Make that make sense. I called and they hung up on me. I called the branch they were not able to help just gave me a number to call and not even an apology. I still do not have access to my account. I have bills and an important meeting with a lawyer today. But nothing can get paid. What I've learned is Citi Bank does not like or recognize persons with disabilities or thier checks.
