Shouldn't be a bank if you cannot represent your policy or shows u HAVE proof they said they can refuse service. Discriminating bank. Don't go here and waste your time. CANCEL CITI BANK today, tommorrow any day folks. Not even close to a good bank. We were both there the teller lady with glasses and black hair and manager refused us. Discriminating?

Cards never work, payments never clear, account was shut down due to banker not inputting and address verification and caused a 2 week fiasco resulting in major business hardship. I would never, ever, ever recommend citi.
