Since I was never informed, that card was still being charged (that is my fault). The teller even asked why I was closing my accounts, so they knew I needed everything closed. So, they obviously weren't properly trained. However, that card was closed and another was started without my knowledge or consent. That is ridiculous and illegal. I will never bank with them again.
