- FGFrancisco GomezSep 4, 20251.0I have been familiar with this branch for years. I try not to go inside because there’s usually a long wait for one reason or another. It seems like if they know you they’ll serve you better. The last couple of times I came here I had to wait in line by myself even though there were no other customers at all. They always try to push you to use their indoor atm machine but half the time it doesn’t work. Edit: 1 star now because of the crappy response from management. I can’t get cash with my app. What a lame response. They don’t care.

Me being a business owner here in town very proud of how many bank people but let me tell you this place is awful. Worst customer service ever ever. I’m disgusted in how they treated me today. !!!!!

Got an appointment, agent wasted 30 minutes looking up my accounts, then said nothing could be done. Need all owners there, so you need another appointment. OMG, it takes 30 minutes to figure that out? I left and went to another branch. Got accounts upgraded immediately, no issues. So what is the problem? Called a regional manager and was told that treatment should never have happened and clearly not bank policy. Bad attitude and incompetent?

I still have the account from the original First Interstate Bank, which this branch was many years ago! When the original bank got absorbed into Wells Fargo Bank, I stayed and did not have any issues.
