Very poor customer service saying that no one is available not even herself they should have a not available sign on the door or have the close sign so no one bother to come in. This is happening all the time, please don’t waste your gas to come here they have no one to assist you. No customer service to assist you in any needs 0 stars
- CCCheer__ Coach19Oct 25, 20171.0My first meeting at this branch was promising with a wonderful greeting by someone who helped me at the door however when the manager found out I didn’t have an account at Wells Fargo and needed help with an issue I was having he became uninterested in helping me. Then I gave my info for them to call me and they never called. Then I went back this passed Monday to find out why nobody called me and I just got an excuse by the manager who was rude to me prior and no call today like he said he would. Honestly I was willing to give this branch a chance because of the nice gentleman who greeted me however because of the promises and uninterest the manager had in me since I didn’t already have an account there is no way I’m putting any of my money in this branch. Now I will have to find the person who dropped the ball on not calling me since the manager doesn’t care or want to help me.
