Sadly she passed away and we had to deal with closing all her accounts. Mark Davis patiently helped us through the process. He is an example of what proper customer service looks like, as he was extremely accommodating with what turned out to be a fairly time-consuming process. My siblings and I continue to be Patelco members, and thank Mark for working with us through a challenging time.
