The branch manager tried to take credit for someone else's accomplishment after ignoring my request to speak with her over the phone about my concerns with my account. A pattern that seems to be prevalent in management at Fremont Bank. The one's who actually do the work to satisfy a client's concerns seem to go unnoticed or unrecognized. No wonder.
