- LSLeona ShingFeb 6, 20251.0I visited your Warm Spring Blvd. branch yesterday around 4:30 PM to renew my CD. Upon arrival, I informed the staff of my purpose and was instructed to sit in the waiting area. Despite being the only person waiting, I was left unattended for 15 minutes. When I decided to leave, a teller noticed and asked someone to assist me. However, the staff member in the private office asked me to wait further while she finished a few calls. At this point, I chose to leave due to the poor service. I understand that I did not have an appointment and walked in, but I believe that better communication and quicker assistance could have improved my experience. I will make an appointment next time to avoid such issues.
