  The teller and the manager gave me a hard time depositing a check to my name which is also my business name. I deposit on a weekly basis with Other Citibank locations for 7 years no problem. The management and employees are rude at this location!

  This branch staffs are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes may need to wait a little but still the best branch around Fremont & Milpitas area. Customer service is the best.

  It’s been quite frustrating dealing with Citibank for a mix of online and offline banking issues. After my account was locked, I was issued a new ATM card and reactivated it without any issues—yet my online and mobile app access remained blocked. I called several Citibank departments and was bounced around, with each department pushing me to a different number. Finally, I was told I’d need to go to a local branch. But when I arrived, the branch representative said she couldn’t help since it was an online banking issue and instead gave me a phone number to contact support again. Unfortunately, that number was incorrect, leading to another round of calls, repeating my issue to multiple agents over 45 minutes. In the end, the problem still isn’t resolved. Disappointing experience, Citibank—I’m closing my account.

  Really bad customer service. I had appt at 11:45am. And I arrived at 11:30am. They keep skipping me until 12:30pm. I waste my time on the couch for 1 hr. And other customers came after me also get served before me. It is ridiculous.
