- SDSteven DinhNov 13, 20231.0I went to Wells Fargo in Brookhurst and Edinger on 11/13 to ask a banker to assign the offer code, which I got from Wells Fargo via email, to my existing Platinum Saving Account. I didn't have an appointment. A lady banker told me another banker or herself would help me shortly. While waiting, I saw and heard a male banker talking in Vietnamese with a client. They talked about personal stuff, not business related, for almost 1/2 hour. The lady banker also participated in the conversation. He doesn't seem to care about other customers waiting. Another female banker came back from lunch, came over and talked to me. She was sympathetic. I ended up waiting for about 45 minutes, then just left. The whole experience is awful. I will never come back to this branch.
