- BWBurt WilhelmMar 28, 20251.0I am in a wheelchair chair and suffering greatly. Today I hoped wasngoing to be a big day going to bank. I waited well behind handicap ♿️ chair at bank. Crazy lunatic of an employee told me to get in the regular line. She insisted on arguing with me as more and more non handicap people were helped in the handicap desk. This was a horrible experience and total disrespect. I worked 20 years in American oil providing oil to fuel America's cars and sadly the toxic chemicals we use got me. I don't have long left. I won't wast any of my time left stepping in this branch again. Employee needs some customer care mentoring. Still in shock. Unforgivable!

They never have enough tellers to service the customers, you wait in line for an obscene amount of time yet nothing has improved! Wells Fargo you need to take a look at this and do SOMETHING about it! Even the tellers are not the friendliest. Example of my experience today. First I arrive and I am 6th in line, there appeared to be 3 tellers then all of a sudden it goes down to 2. The line has now grown to 8 people waiting! How is it you can operate a business such as this but nothing ever improves? Have any answers for your customers? I’m addition, if I could get away with marking zero stars, I would!!

I have requested numerous times for compliance to view the video footage and nothing was done during the review. There is absolutely no accountability being taken for my money that was stolen at your Wells Fargo branch. I will be filing a claim with the local court.
- ABamy bApr 4, 20221.0waited almost an hour just to be seen by a teller, after a long day at work and wearing heels so i could barely stand. the line was well out the door and still only 2 tellers working, with 3 more crowded around one of them for some reason. some customers are taking like 10 minutes which isn’t necessarily the banks fault but they should be prepared for stuff like this, especially with other employees just standing around.
