I see bank workers noticing the line but no one is coming to the teller to help out. Their 6people in front of me. It's Monday 11AM why isn't any helping out at the teller??! Unbelievable it's taking this long in line.

I had a stolen check book and went there for help 3 times and they did nothing for me One time they said it's a business account you have to wait for 2 hrs, another time you need to provide documents because we can't use that we have on existing business account ! 3rd time they told me sorry the banker is taking lunch and maybe she'll back after an hour! OMG ! It's the worst branch in bay area
