I went to the branch to pickup the order and the branch claims they haven’t received the package yet… I’m inclined to believe FedEx Another incident I found amusing was when I had to make an appointment to close my savings account, they warned me: once I close the account I won’t be able to open a new one. Like really? They’d turn down new business if I decide to open a new savings account with them? Highly doubtful haha
