- SSStephen SchiffNov 27, 20231.0I first tried to make an appointment for a business account in early October and was told I could get an appointment in late November. 2 Months, for an active business account in good standing. Now, 2 months later, I just drove 30 miles for the 2nd time, the 2nd time, to be turned away because a Banker was not on hand. That's twice I had an appontment, which was cancelled with no prior notice, after waiting 2 months!! Absolutely incredible! The worst customer care I've ever experienced, in any industry! I am actually a little stunned. Obviously, we will be looking for a different financial institution. I highly recommend that you do as well. Fort Bragg Wells Fargo cares nothing about their customers. Disgusting lack of access and accountability.
